This Policy governs the use of the AI video generation services provided by AppVids. The Service allows for the creation of AI-generated content, including scripts, avatars, and voiceovers.
Service Availability:
The Service is available strictly for B2C (Business to Consumer) purposes.
Purchase Model:
Users may purchase services via one-time packs; there are no subscriptions or auto-renewal mechanisms associated with the Service.
Legal Compliance:
Users must ensure that their use of the Service complies with all applicable local and international laws.
Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe and compliant environment, AppVids strictly prohibits the submission of briefs or the generation of content falling into the following categories:
Adult Content:
The generation of adult-themed, sexually explicit, or pornographic material is strictly prohibited.
Medical Content:
The generation of medical advice, medical diagnoses, or health-related claims is strictly prohibited.
Restricted Content (Case-by-Case)
While Adult and Medical content are explicitly banned, other categories of content may be subject to review.
Discretionary Restriction:
Any content categories not explicitly listed as prohibited are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of AppVids.
Right to Refuse:
AppVids reserves the right to refuse any brief that violates the spirit of this policy or poses a reputational risk to the Service.
User Materials and Rights
This section outlines the intellectual property rights and data handling practices regarding the materials you submit and the content generated.
Client Ownership:
Upon delivery, 100% ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the Client.
AI Training:
AppVids guarantees that it engages in no training on client data. Your briefs and inputs are not used to train the AI models.
Portfolio Rights:
Notwithstanding the transfer of ownership, AppVids retains the right to use the final deliverables for its own portfolio and testimonials.
Data Retention:
Video Storage:
Completed videos are stored for 7 days, after which they may be deleted from AppVids' servers.
Order Data:
Email and order data are retained for 6 months.
Enforcement Measures
Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the following actions:
Refusal of Service:
AppVids reserves the right to decline any order or brief that violates the Prohibited Content or Restricted Content guidelines.
Termination:
Repeated violations may result in the permanent restriction of access to AppVids services.
