AppVids utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to produce specific components of the final video deliverables. Clients should be aware that the content provided may include:
- AI-Generated Scripts: Textual content generated or assisted by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- AI Avatars: Digital representations or presenters generated via AI synthesis.
- AI Voice: Synthesized voiceovers and audio narration.
While the final output is a completed video product, the underlying elements are created using generative AI tools.
Limitations of AI Content & Usage Restrictions
The artificial intelligence tools used by AppVids are subject to specific content restrictions. To ensure safety and compliance, the Service enforces the following limitations on AI generation:
Prohibited Content:
The AI tools will not be used to generate content that falls into Adult or Medical categories.
Discretionary Restrictions:
AppVids reserves the right to refuse the generation of other content categories at its sole discretion.
Client Review Responsibility
While AppVids strives for high-quality output, AI-generated content can occasionally produce inaccuracies or "hallucinations."
Verification:
It is the Client's responsibility to review the final video for factual accuracy and brand alignment.
Revisions:
If errors are detected, revisions are allowed within 72 hours after the delivery of the video.
Ownership:
Upon delivery, 100% of the ownership of the final output is transferred to the Client. The Client assumes full liability for the publication and distribution of the content.
No Training on Client Data
AppVids prioritizes the confidentiality and proprietary nature of Client materials.
Data Isolation:
AppVids explicitly guarantees that no Client data is used to train the artificial intelligence models.
Privacy:
Your specific inputs, briefs, and proprietary information remain isolated from the general learning datasets of the AI tools employed.
Disclosure Recommendations
In accordance with transparency best practices and potential regulatory requirements (such as those in the EU), AppVids recommends that Clients disclose the use of AI to their own audiences.
Transparency:
We suggest labeling the final video content as "AI-Generated" or "Synthesized Media" when publishing on social media or public platforms.
Portfolio Usage:
Please note that AppVids retains the right to use the deliverables for portfolio and testimonial purposes.
