How does payment work?
Every pack is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no auto-renewal. You pay once for a fixed pack of 10, 50, or 200 videos. To order, use the Contact Sales button on any pack (it opens a pre-filled email) or write to [email protected] directly, and we handle the rest by email.
What happens after I purchase?
You send us a brief for your app. Once we confirm it, you receive a "Brief accepted" email — that timestamp starts the guaranteed 48-hour delivery window. Finished videos arrive via download link or email, and the files remain available for download for 7 days.
What if delivery is late?
If we miss the 48-hour SLA without an extension agreed by email, refunds are contractually guaranteed: 50% of the order value if delivery is less than 24 hours late, and 100% if it is 24 hours or more late. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Full details are in the refund policy.
How do revisions work?
Quality issues are handled through revisions rather than refunds. You can request revisions within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
Who owns the videos?
You do. Upon full payment, 100% of the ownership rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you — no usage-rights windows, no renewal negotiations. AppVids keeps only a non-exclusive license to show the work for portfolio purposes.
Is VAT added on top of the listed prices?
No. AppVids operates as a Sole Proprietor (Autónomo) in Spain and is not a VAT payer under current regulations, so the listed prices are final with respect to VAT.
Can I upgrade from a smaller pack to a larger one?
Our terms do not define a formal upgrade path — packs are independent one-time purchases, not tiers of a subscription. If you start small and want to scale up, email [email protected] and we will work it out with you.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right, but video packs are customized digital content: by purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and lose the right of withdrawal once the content has been fully produced or the download has started. The late-delivery refunds above are unaffected. See the terms of service.
